Low Calorie Sweet Treat!

Hey beautiful people! =] 

So I (like many of us) usually get the late night muchies and want to snack on something sweet. However, it is best to refrain from eating high calorie foods (such as foods that are high in sugar, fat, or salt content) after 8 PM because after that time our metabolisms drastically slow down and so what we eat converts into bad fats.
So..a great way to still fit into your skinny jeans yet combat those late night hunger pains is this low calorie and healthy, yet delicious and sweet snack......


These are easy to make right at home! All you need is a carton of fresh strawberries and your favorite flavor of yogurt!

- pour yogurt into a bowl and evenly coat each strawberry in yogurt (make sure layers are of decent thickness)
-place the yogurt strawberries in a bowl (not touching each other) and then put in the freezer for 5 or 6 hours
-take them out and let sit for a few minutes (so its not too hard or cold)
(tip: sticking toothpicks or skewers into the top of the strawberry makes it easier to eat!)
