Easy DIY Baking Soda Face Mask for a blemish free, glowing complexion!

        Baking Soda. Every mother's kitchen staple basically since the age of the dinosaurs. It eliminates odors in refrigerators and carpets, is used in cooking and for teeth whitening...the magical list goes on. And just when you think that this every day household product can't go any more Harry Potter on us, it does.

         Baking soda, it turns out, is also a glorious potion for the skin. In about 3 seconds, you can whip this product up into a face mask that will blast away blackheads and slough away dead skin cells to leave you will a glowy, radiant complexion. Even celebrities like Queen Latifah swear by this cheap and easy at home remedy and say that it is their secret to glowing, red carpet ready skin.

 DIY Baking Soda Mask Directions:


1.) Mix 3 parts baking soda with 1 part water. Mix with your finger until it forms a paste. 



2.) Apply to the face using circular motions with your fingers. This sloughs away the dead skin cells!

3.) Let the paste dry on your face for 5 to 10 minutes. (It will resemble dried toothpaste)

4.) Wash off with warm water and pat face dry with a washcloth. 


Do this regimen 1 to 2 times a week for an easy, inexpensive beauty treatment!
